Refund policy

Cancellations (if applicable)
All reservations booked with Mr. & Mrs. Elegant LLC are only eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the online purchase. To request a refund, please refer to the contact page stating the motive of your request. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email of the refund with a breakdown. The fund might take up to 30 days before shown on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

Amendement fees (if applicable)
Any changes made to a reservation 24 hours after successfully submitting
the order online and 14 days before the departure date will be subject to a $50.00 amendment fee. The following constitute as a reservation amendment:
- Removing a guest
- Adding a guest

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
